Your Role on the TEam

As a Project Manager at Continuous Composites, you will collaborate with a talented team of engineers and business personnel to scope, schedule, and manage projects. You must be emotionally intelligent, an active listener, have excellent organization and communication skills, and able to ask probing questions to identify risks and issues. You must be able to understand the big picture while having attention to detail and prioritize tasks accordingly, efficiently and actively communicate to stakeholders, drive consensus and manage multiple simultaneous and sometimes competing priorities. You must strive in a fast-paced environment, consume information quickly, and remain agile.

Required Experience
  • Creating an environment and process for successful project completion
  • Managing competing needs of multiple initiatives
  • Scoping projects, defining requirements, and provide traceability
  • Creating and maintaining schedules and budgets
  • Scheduling and leading project planning sessions, Go-No go sessions
  • Identifying, managing, and communicating impacts and mitigations of risks and issues
  • Managing relationships with technically minded customers and stakeholders
  • Creating and managing project KPIs, Milestones, deliverables, collating data and creating detailed reports
  • Experience with Gantt charts (Microsoft Project) for managing timelines, dependencies
  • Experience managing projects from launch through the full life cycle
  • Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence
  • Familiarity with RACI matrices, risk mitigation strategies, and various development methodologies for both hardware and software
  • Providing executive level summaries while monitoring down stream details
Desired Experience
  • Degree or certificate in project management (PMP Certification preferred)
  • Experience working in a project management office (PMO)
  • Bachelors in a relevant field such as information systems, communications, business admin, accounting, or other
