We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, fun and passionate individual looking to leverage their talents and experience in our growing startup. We are looking for someone to dive headfirst into an Executive Assistant role for the CEO. The executive assistant role is fast-paced, dynamic with broad responsibilities serving as the right-hand to the CEO. The desired candidate should be a quick-learner and coachable with the ability to think ahead and anticipate the needs of the CEO before being asked. Executive Assistant reports directly to the CEO.

Your role on the team
  • Support CEO in the dynamic and broad responsibilities of the company
  • Work with other individuals across the organization to facilitate their needs of the CEO
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for CEO with customers, partners, shareholders, etc.
  • Manage calendar of CEO and keep CEO organized & effective
  • Evaluate key emails vs. general inquires sent to the CEO and send responses to general inquiries
  • Legal contracts and/or NDA reviews and prepare highlights for CEO review
  • Work with outside legal counsel to keep all contracts, NDAs, etc. moving through review process
  • Ensure timely responses to all inquiries of the CEO including: employees, customers, shareholders, collaborators, etc.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s in business, communications or other 4-year degree (desired but not required)
  • 2+ years of professional work experience (desired but not required)
  • Organized, entrepreneurial, quick-learner and self-motivated individual able to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Intelligent, coachable and confident
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Professional, high-quality writing and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
