Why no returns or exchanges?
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
While we are committed to the highest level of excellence before, during, and after you receive your merchandise, due to the sensitive nature of the CP-95 Face Mask products, all sales are final. We do not accept any returns in order to guarantee the highest level of protection against contamination. CP-95 Face Mask items cannot be resold for health and personal hygiene reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, or other error to which we are at fault, we will promptly repair or replace it at no cost to you, even if it is an item that is generally non-returnable.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping or has a manufacturer defect, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. Please contact email@example.com to report damages.
WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Continuous Composites is committed to providing the best possible protection and safety with CP-95 Face Mask products. The products are produced and packaged with strict sanitation requirements to ensure maximum protection against contamination and exposure. We want you to wear your CP-95 Face Mask with confidence that it has not been used prior and that you are protected.
To cancel an order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Cancellations are only permitted if your order has not yet shipped. Your payment will be refunded by providing your name, order number and last four digits of the payment card. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records. Refunds can take 7 – 10 business days to process.
